Easter is just a couple weeks away! We have some fun community arts and activities set up for the Easter weekend. If you would like to lead an activity (see volunteer needs below), please email Sophie at sophieashayne@gmail.com.
Camping Information
Finegold is here because of your generous donations and the volunteers giving their time and energy. Please feel free to be generous with a donation. These are minimum suggestions:
- $35/family/night
- $15/person/night
- $5/person/day use
- $25/family/day use
- T-shirts, hoodies, Tie-Dye T-shirts and hats will be for sale.
Volunteers Needed
HUGE thanks to our activity leaders who are volunteering time and materials. We suggest donations for each activity to support projects at Finegold.
- Grill master needed to prepare main courses for Easter Celebration. Someone to prepare and tend bbq area for our Saturday night gathering.
- Anyone willing to share or teach a skill or art
- 4-5 people to assist with Saturday potluck on the lawn: 4 pm
- 1-2 people to help kids paint rocks: Saturday, 12 noon on the stage at the lawn
- 2 volunteers to hide eggs in Easter Meadow: Early Sunday morning

Friday, March 29
11 AM: Hike up Crooks with Mary Strobel
Saturday, March 30
- 11 AM: Easter egg dyeing
- Mid morning: Weaving and needle felting with Susie Carrillo
- Mid morning: Tie dye with Amber Beck
- 12 PM-4 PM: Mandolin/Fiddle/Guitar lessons and Jam with Bill Lehr & Fresno Folklore Society
- 5 PM: Potluck dinner. Bring chairs, drinks, something to share and don’t forget your cash donation.
