With the first of our Spring clean up days under our belt it’s time to plan for Saturday, April 5th.
Bring sunscreen, work gloves , and a desire to get Finegold ready for our Easter celebration.
If you are able please bring shovels, basic carpentry tools, and your energy to lend a hand on several projects.
Our hope is to work on access routes to the new Community Bathhouse as well as our new Barbecue Pit area (built on Workday 1). Both these projects will require some digging.
Another project that volunteers can lend their skills, tools and energy to is repairing the wooden stage at the Lawn. This stage needs some TLC to make sure it’s safe and ready for the rock painting and egg dyeing activities in a few weeks.
We are hoping that the weather will be cooperative and give us an approved burn day. If we’re lucky this will allow us to burn tree brush from the Lawn and other areas used during Easter celebration.
